We are dedicated to making the world’s best crocodile leather goods. To prove it, we offer an unconditional guarantee for life to our U.S. customers—no exceptions or strings attached. If you are dissatisfied with your GRACE product due to hardware damage, scratches on the leather or anything else, we are happy to assist wherever we can and also pay for the return of your product(s) to you. However, if we find that we cannot repair the item, we will give you a full refund.

 

Order Information

Customers may purchase on our website (edition.boutique) 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customers may also make a purchase by calling Customer Service at 1-866-922-9996, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 7:00pm EST. We offer free shipping on orders of $800 or more and the discount is applied at checkout.

 

Gift Messaging

Gift messaging is available during the checkout process. Simply add your own wording to the special field on the shopping cart page. Please make sure to confirm the message when you place your order. Every gift message is printed on an eye-catching gift card and enclosed in an envelope with your purchase.

Modifying or Cancelling an Order

Orders may be modified or cancelled before the delivery process has been initiated. Orders already in the delivery process may be subsequently returned for a refund or exchange.

 

Delivery Method

Orders placed by 12:00 noon EST are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon EST are shipped the following business day. Please note that all purchases from our website (edition.boutique) require signature confirmation. For shipping outside of the U.S., please allow up to 30 days. Please keep in mind that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or hotels.
